What is adoration?

Adoration is adoring and honoring the presence of Christ in the Eucharist. The Blessed Sacrament is held within a holder called a monstrance. During this time with Jesus, you can recite your favorite prayers, read the Bible, pray a rosary or other types of prayerful devotions. You can talk to God or sit in total stillness. All are invited for as much time as you wish to spend.

Become an adoration guardian

Weekly guardians commit to spending time in adoration a specific hour each week. Instructions are provided on finding a substitute if you are unavailable and assistance is provided if needed.

Adoration guardian substitutes fill in for permanent guardians or during open adoration hours.

Contact Eileen Krutick to discuss an assigned hour or being a sub.

To make sure adoration can safely take place, at least one person, but preferably two, is with our Lord at all times. These guardians make it possible for all parishioners to experience the blessings of Eucharistic adoration.
