Who We Are & What We Do
Outreach Ministries at St. Ann are dedicated to serving those in need within our parish and beyond. Through acts of charity, service, and support, we strive to bring Christ’s love to the most vulnerable in our community. Whether it’s providing meals, assisting families in crisis, or organizing outreach events, we offer hope and help where it’s needed most.
Why We Exist
Inspired by Jesus’ call to serve—”Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me” (Matthew 25:40)—we seek to be His hands and feet in the world. Our outreach ministries connect to St. Ann’s mission by fostering a spirit of compassion and action. Through our work, we not only uplift those in need but also grow in faith as a parish community.
Who We Serve
We serve individuals and families facing hardship, both within our parish and in the broader community. Our ministry provides food, financial assistance, and emotional support to those struggling with illness, poverty, or personal crises. Whether delivering meals to the homebound or organizing seasonal giving programs, we strive to bring comfort and dignity to all.
