St. Ann Gala

What is the Gala?
The Gala is an evening of live entertainment, dinner, drinks and fellowship hosted by the St. Ann's Music and AV ministries with award winning performers sharing music from movies to Broadway, from pop to opera. Four featured artists, Timothy Miller, Amy Little, Zach Brown, and Karen Bolduc, will delight the audience accompanied by live, professional musicians. In between each set a different dining course will be served to guests.
Refund Policy
***Please note that we do not provide refunds for cancellations, but we will make a best effort to match guests from the waitlist to repay you for the reservation cost when possible.***
When and Where
Please join us on Saturday, February 8, 2025 for this memorable event!
Fun starts for everyone at 5:00 pm in Nolan Hall (right after 4:00 Mass) with a welcome champagne reception and Entertainer's Themed silent auction. Come and enjoy conversation, a glass of champagne included in your reservation for all guests and place your bids on the unique limited number of silent auction items.
The doors to LaSalette Hall will open at 6:00 pm for the main event and guests are asked to be seated no later than 6:30 pm.
Reservation Options
- Artist Circle (priority/front seating) - $1,000 for a full table of 8 guests, limited number of tables
- General Reserved Full Table - $760 for a full table of 8 guests
- General Reserved Single Reservations - $95 per reservation
* Add On your 50-50 Raffle tickets in advance - $5 per chance or the Gala Deal with 5 chances for $20. 50-50 Raffle sales will also happen the night of the event – CASH ONLY.
Menu Entree Options
- Bourbon Peppercorn Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Mushroom sauce (GALA favorite!)
- French Cut Chicken Breast with Herbed Au Jus
- Large Grilled Portobella Mushroom stuffed with Spinach and Artichokes (V)
*(All meals will include chef's creamy mashed potatoes and grilled vegetable kabob. Of note - all main entrees are Gluten Free.)
*Dress code – Guests in the past have enjoyed dressing up for this event in tuxes, suits, pant suits, short and long dresses. Join us in whatever you feel is your party best!

Many of our vendors and parishioners have sponsored us by giving us discounted rates and/or donating items and time to make this night possible. Want to Volunteer?
Once we complete the bulk of our reservations we will communicate with all interested volunteers. It takes a small army to set up, serve and tear down for this event. We have been blessed to have a core who returns year after year to assist but we can always take more names. A Google Form noting the open tasks/jobs and days help is needed will be circulated to all volunteers on our email distribution and others who want to join. Volunteers are asked to self-report and select the job(s) preferences they are available to assist with. There is a limit for night of service volunteers that we can have and we will take additional names for back up. Things happen last minute every year! THANK you to all of you who have assisted in the past and for those new to volunteering for making this night amazing.
