St. Ann's Preschool offers a loving environment that enables each child to grow spiritually, emotionally, socially, and intellectually. Through the guidance of our staff, the children learn about respecting themselves and others, sharing, listening and experiencing God’s love. Our program is designed to build on the child’s learning experiences at home and at school in a nurturing and secure environment.

We invite your family to come for a visit any school day between 10:00am and noon. Our staff will be happy to show you our classrooms and answer any questions about our preschool program. No appointment is needed, just stop in for a visit and get to know us!

devoted educators: preschool celebrates 40 years

There are nearly 30 angels floating around St. Ann’s halls. They spend their days sculpting character, strengthening minds and leading by example. These creatures are charged with a most precious treasure: the children of our parish.

Although technically on summer vacation, the staff at St. Ann’s Preschool is prepping for the program’s 40th year by sprucing up the joint. They donated their time last week to paint the preschool hall a soothing shade of blue.

“This staff’s dedication is tremendous,” said director Nancy Wohlfrom, who herself was named archdiocese preschool director of the year in 2017. “They are the reason parents love our school.”

Parents also rave about the toddler to pre-Kindergarten program because of its classes in religion and art as well as student participation in community service projects such as the mitten tree and Adopt-a-Family. With free play on a fenced-in playground as well as outdoor discovery on Reilly Field, these preschoolers have plenty of room to work out the wiggles.

“What I love most about St. Ann's Preschool are the friendly, loving teachers,” said Rosanna Fernandez Penaflorida. “We can walk around the halls and a lot of the staff know my child's name! As a first-time parent, I find comfort knowing my daughter is safe and looked after.”
