Talented parishioners who have learned the skill of knitting and crocheting create blankets and caps for those in need. These beautiful creations are distributed by the Pastoral Care office to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and to our homebound parishioners throughout the year, especially at Christmastime.
There’s a place for you to share your talent with those in need…
Anyone who knows how to knit or crochet may be part of this ministry. Beginners are welcome, too! The group meets quarterly to drop off their items, pick up yarn from a supply kept at St. Ann, and for a little social time of sharing and comparing projects. Donations of yarn (no wool, please) are always welcome!
