Eucharistic Adoration Ministry
Who We Are & What We Do
Eucharistic Adoration is a time to adore and honor Christ’s presence in the Eucharist. The Blessed Sacrament is exposed in a monstrance on the altar, allowing for quiet reflection and prayer. Adoration nourishes our souls, inspires our faith, and fills us with grace.
Why We Exist
Adoration is an opportunity to step away from the distractions of daily life and be in the presence of Jesus. As He tells us in Matthew 11:28, “Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.” Through Adoration, we deepen our relationship with Christ and open our hearts to His will.
Who We Serve
Adoration is open to everyone—children (accompanied by an adult), teens, young adults, parents, grandparents, and clergy. Whether you stay for five minutes or an hour, this sacred time allows you to pray, reflect, and simply be in Jesus’ presence.
Volunteer Opportunities
Adoration Guardians play a vital role in making Eucharistic Adoration available to our parish. Without them, this ministry would not be possible.
- Permanent Guardians commit to one hour per week at a designated time. Ideally, each hour has two guardians to ensure continuous coverage.
- Substitute Guardians fill in when a permanent guardian is unavailable and may also sign up as a second guardian at any time.
Special Requirements
There are no special requirements to attend Adoration—only a desire to spend time with Jesus. Volunteers who serve as Adoration Guardians will receive guidance on their role and how to find substitutes when needed.
