It takes a village to run a successful show! In addition to the hard work happening year-round by the SACCW, hundreds of volunteer spots need to be filled in the days leading up to and during the show. We have spots for adults and teens/tweens needing service hours. All volunteers are invited to shop during a special Preview Night before the public show. Signup details will be shared with the parish mid-October.
Volunteer Roles:
- Show setup/taping booth location – Tuesday Evening – Wednesday Midday
- Food & beverage donations to be sold in the Café
- Artisan Check-In and Raffle setup
- Run of show: Door cashiers, Blue Light Raffle ticket sales, Quilt Raffle ticket sales, Café shifts, Red Apron Hosts
- Outdoors: golf cart team, security support, greeters
- Clean up/Move-out – Assist Artisan Packout, Reset of Event Spaces – great for Scouts, teens & tweens (10-12 years old) with supervision
