Apple Annie doesn’t happen without people. Hundreds of them, in fact. From the first piece of tape on the floor to the last box loaded out the door, this is a year-round effort powered entirely by dedicated volunteers from our parish and the wider community.
Whether you can give an hour or an entire weekend, your time or food donation makes a real difference. Signup details will be shared with the parish in mid-October — mark your calendar and plan to jump in.

VOLUNTEER ROLES — FIND YOUR SPOT
There’s something for every skill set, energy level, and schedule. Here’s a look at where hands are needed most:
| Show Setup & Booth Taping | Help lay the groundwork before doors open — taping booth locations and getting the space show-ready. |
| Artisan Check-In & Raffle Setup | Welcome our artisans and help get the raffle area organized and ready to go. |
| Door Cashiers | Be the first friendly face guests see — handle admissions and keep the entry flowing smoothly. |
| Blue Light & Gift Raffle Ticket Sales | Sell raffle tickets on the floor and keep the excitement going throughout the show. |
| Quilt Raffle Ticket Sales | One of the most beloved features of Apple Annie — help sell chances on our signature quilt. |
| Cafe Shifts | Keep our shoppers fueled and happy with food, drinks, and good conversation. |
| Red Apron Hosts | Serve as ambassadors on the floor — answer questions, guide guests, and keep the energy warm. |
| Vendor Support | Assist our artisans throughout the show with whatever they need to succeed. |
| Outdoor Team | Shuttle bus drivers, golf cart crew, and security support — keeping things moving outside. |
| Post-Show Cleanup & Move-Out | A great fit for Scouts, teens, and tweens with a supervising adult. Many hands make light work! |

Preview Night — A Special Evening Just For Volunteers
Before Apple Annie opens its doors to the public, we host an exclusive Preview Night to celebrate the people who make it all happen. Come mingle with show managers, visit with our artisans, and connect with fellow volunteers in a relaxed, festive setting.
Blue Light, and Quilt Raffle tickets will be on sale that evening — so you’ll have first pick before the crowds arrive.
Preview Night is open to all volunteers who sign-up. Must be 21+ to attend.
