Apple Annie strives to attract top-notch artisans across many categories, including holiday décor, jewelry, glass art, wood crafts, pottery, soaps, candles, fabric crafts, paintings, and handmade gifts. Please note – all artisans must handmake their items, submit a completed application, and be chosen by a jury to be invited into the show. The application period for our December show starts the December prior!

Application Schedule:

  • Early December – late February: applications accepted (deadline for submissions Feb 28, 2026)
  • March: jury process to select from completed applications
  • Early April: accepted artisans are notified
  • May – October: applications to be placed on the waitlist are accepted. We occasionally have artisans who need to back out of the show (sometimes even days or hours before showtime) and will move waitlisted applicants into these spots. Deadline for waitlist applications is October 31, 2025.

Application Details:

  • View the Application. Applications received after the 2/28/2025 deadline will automatically be waitlisted.
  • A $25 non-refundable application fee is required by mail or online
  • Artisans must submit photos: 1 of overall display booth and up to 5 photos of Artisan’s handmade work (showing products that will be sold at Apple Annie if accepted)
  • If accepted into the show, a $225 (or $500 for larger booths) booth fee is required
