Career Quest serves the unemployed & workers at risk. Their goal is to increase self perspective, knowledge of the job market & development of the skills required to secure a job. Volunteers can serve in different capacities & can design a schedule to participate based on their availability.
► Career Quest meets on TUESDAYS (with some exceptions).
Upon arrival at the church look for the sign on the door stating: CAREER QUEST & JOB NETWORK TONIGHT, this entrance is at the rear of the main church.
► 6:30pm – 8pm (2 events run concurrently):
• SPEED NETWORKING: a forum to meet other job-seekers
• JOB COACH: 1-on-1 time with a Coach to review your search strategy, resume & more
► 8:00pm – ending between 9 & 10pm
• WORKSHOP SESSIONS: designed to provide self-help tools & solutions
► EVERYONE IS WELCOME there is NO CHARGE & dress is casual
6:30-8pm on Tuesday night, 1-on-1 Job Search Coaching & a Networking Forum will be offered. Speakers begin at 8pm.
