*Registration is Full!
Q: How do I sign up?
Registration will open on April 28th, 2019. On that date, a link will be available to register your son or daughter. This is one of our fastest filling events, so we highly recommend creating an account and making sure you know your username and password beforehand.
Q: How can I pay for Beach Retreat?
The cost for our Beach Retreat is $190. You will be prompted to pay with a credit card upon registering. Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Due to limited spots, we are only accepting credit card payments. We will not accept cash or checks.
If for any reason you need to drop from the event before August 1st, you will forfeit a deposit of $100. If you drop from the event after August 1st, we are unable to offer refunds.
Q: What does the price include?
The cost of the retreat includes transportation, gas, housing, 6 meals, supplies, and a t-shirt.
Q: Does my teen need to bring any additional money?
Yes, your teen will need to bring money to pay for their dinner on the way down on Friday night, their lunch on Saturday, and their lunch on the way back up on Monday. In addition to this, if they would like any souvenirs from the trip they will want to bring money.
Q: Where will they be staying?
We will be staying in one rented house in Seagrove Beach on 30A. Each gender will have separate rooms on separate floors of the house. Adult chaperones will be on each floor.
Q: What to bring?
A packing list will be emailed out prior to the weekend.
Q: Is this a leadership retreat?
Even though we briefly talk about leadership opportunities that are available for upperclassman, the entire retreat is not specific to the topic of leadership. Just like any retreat, our goal is for the teens to grow closer to God.
Q: If my teen is on the waitlist, will they be able to get off the waitlist?
The chances of people dropping are rare, but it does happen. Typically people drop closer to the retreat weekend. If you are on the waitlist, we cannot promise that a spot will open. The retreat is limited due to car capacity and space in the house. We aim to keep the retreat under 40 teens to maintain a smaller atmosphere and environment. We do not allow teens in nearby houses to join us for the retreat and sleep elsewhere. This takes away from the retreat experience.
