DESCRIPTION:This interfaith group will explore passages of the bible with Rabbi Slomovitz and Fr. Lamartine once a month.  After reading scripture\, Rabbi and Father will explain the passage according to our faith traditions with a respectful\, nonjudgmental discussion to follow.  The goal of this group is to bring people together\, build friendship between our communities\, and to create an understanding that people of different faiths are more alike than different. SUMMARY:Join a Family Small Group!
DESCRIPTION:The Family Life Ministry is re-opening registration for Family Small Groups during Christmas season for new groups to form after the new year! The purpose behind these small groups is to bring families who are in the same stage of life together on a regular basis to share their faith lives with one another. We hope families will build faith-based friendships and demonstrate to their children how to be in community with other Catholics. Small groups will be made of 3-5 families\, who will meet monthly to pray together.  Each month\, small groups will focus on a different type of prayer\, and will be provided with kid-friendly ways to introduce each prayer and involve the whole family.
