FACTS Ministry Page

Holiday Meals on Wheels

seeks to serve those in need in our community by delivering hot, nutritious meals to homebound senior citizens who have little or no outside support and are unable to shop and cook for themselves. Holiday Meals on Wheels fills the gap on the eight holidays of each year that County Services does not send meals to the seniors who are signed up for their weekday hot lunch program .

VIETNAM WAR CERTIFICATE OF HONOR GROUP APPLICATION
Background on Certificate of Honor: An estimated 234,000 Georgians are Vietnam War veterans. In conjunction with the 50th Anniversary Commemoration of the Vietnam War, the Georgia Department of Veterans Service, in partnership with the Office of Governor Nathan Deal, has created the Vietnam War Certificate of Honor program for these veterans. Every Georgia veteran with honorable service during the Vietnam War (June 1, 1954 to May 15, 1975) is eligible to receive this certificate (This includes veterans with service in-country and those who served in other capacities). Each certificate is personalized with the Vietnam War veteran’s name, rank, branch of service, and dates of service printed over the Seal of the State of Georgia and includes the official U.S. Department of Defense’s Vietnam War Commemorative Partner logo. They are signed by Governor Deal and GDVS Commissioner Mike Roby. Each eligible veteran is also entitled to receive a Vietnam Veteran Lapel Pin.
MSM Objective: To ensure that all eligible St Ann Parishioners receive the Certificate of Honor and Lapel Pin in recognition of their service.

Mother's Enrichment (ME)

provides FREE babysitting in the church nursery for daily 9:00AM Mass or any other ministry or spiritual activity on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings (whenever Cobb County Schools are in session).

Mothers' Guild

If you’re a mom, we know you’re busy. We also know you could use a break every once in a while to get out of the house, meet new mom friends, get involved in our parish, and enjoy a delicious lunch.

Join us for fellowship, fun and food at our next Mothers’ Guild meeting, held on the 2nd Friday of every month (September – April) at 9:30 am. There is FREE BABYSITTING during the meeting, so you really can get a break!

Can’t make it to meetings but still want to be involved? We have day and evening activities throughout the year like playgroups, Bunco and Mom’s Night Out, and you can volunteer for weekend events like the Parish Festival, Breakfast with Santa, Fairy Tale Tea, Apple Annie, Garage Sale, and more.

Music Ministry & A/V

is always seeking talented instrumentalists and vocalists to enhance our 8 weekly liturgies and our many special events. Our Masses include a wide variety of musical styles. is the Adult support arm for the Teen Youth Programs. The Parish Pastoral Council is a leadership ministry within the family of the Catholic Church of St. Ann. Prayer and Praise

offers worship, praise and reflective time in prayer. They sponsor quarterly Healing Masses and the Not Forgotten Prayer Ministry to the Homebound. Prayer teams are available to pray with individuals near the end of each Healing Mass and are also available to visit the sick and homebound who cannot attend the Healing Masses.

Widowed Helping Others (W.H.O.)

To provide a safe environment for widows and widowers to begin their journey as a 'single' person after their spouse has died.
